I'll Show You How I Used

One Book To Have

More Time,

Better Health,

Better Relationships,

and More Money

Inside this Book, I'll Show You How I Overcame Harsh Self Criticism and Now Have a Happier and More Balanced Professional Life, Deeper Relationships, and Better Health.

Dear Giver, Doer, Leader, Rebel for a Cause, or Black Sheep:

Want to see how you can lead and be in the public spotlight AND do it as exactly who you are instead of who you think you have to be?

Do you want to see how freeing and pressure-less life can be when we stop being so hard on ourselves?

Would you like to have relationships that make your heart light up instead of just knowing a whole bunch of people who don't seem to understand who you are or what your life is like?

Ready to know for certain that the energy you're using and the action you're taking every day are actually taking you directly towards the kind of life experience you've been dreaming about instead of spending every day scrambling?

Exhausted, overwhelmed, and paralyzed trying to be everything to everyone all the time?

Would you like to wake up and be excited and present instead of overwhelmed, stressed, and full of dread?

Want to do all of the above AND make more money?

You're in the right place.

I spent the majority of my life putting my own needs, desires, and health on the back burner.

When I finally decided I literally couldn't keep going in that way, I searched the internet for someone that could help me.

I read all the self-help books, tried meditation, tried talk therapy, tried saying nice things to myself in the mirror.

I tried better nutrition and more exercise....you know - all the things the "experts" say to do.

As each of those things seemed to fail for me, the hopelessness and the feeling that no one would ever understand me grew.

I got lonelier. I chose more isolation. I became a shell of myself.

Eventually, over years, I finally figured out what was keeping me stuck and what I needed to move forward

So...

In 2019, when I was called into coaching after opening and running wellness centers...

I found SO many more people like me.

People who were in the spotlight, not because they wanted to be, but because they saw a gap in the world and their hearts called them to fill it.

They battled imposter syndrome. They couldn't understand why everyone felt like they had all the answers or kept asking them for help when they didn't feel like they could even help themselves.

The pressure mounted. The need to keep up appearances buried them in stress. They were exhausted trying to keep all the balls in the air and be everything to everyone all.the.time.

....I decided, basically, to build a table for us black sheep, outliers, and rebels who deeply desire to do good in the world to sit together.

So I could offer a way out that celebrated our differences and unique gifts instead of trying to cram square pegs into round holes AND provide a place for deep understanding and connection for those who haven't really ever had it.

And then...

I finally wrote this book to share with as many lonely, reluctant leaders as possible what's actually holding them back and what they can do about it.

About the Author

Beth Jones is a giver, an action taker, and a wide open heart - which is why she found herself numb, self-isolating, frustrated, and slipping into hopelessness when she couldn't figure out how to break out of the stuckness.

So - how did she finally do it? Well, first she did it just like you're probably doing now. Reading ALL the self help books, trying to rely on her work ethic and discipline to force herself into action, follow shitty advice that creates more exhaustion instead of less, say nice things to herself in the mirror that rolled out the red carpet for a vicious inner critic, and tried meditation (which only created space for more time to think about all the problems she didn't have solutions for)

It's not that those things are bad or wrong - it's just that, when they're done in the wrong order, they can definitely create more harm than good.

Beth wrote this workbook (and stepped into the coaching space) to offer the tools she desperately needed and couldn't find

for those who want to keep giving and creating impact in the world - without sacrificing themselves, their success, or their own quality of life in the process.

Balance in all things - including balance.

"I don't care how good your life LOOKS to others - I only care how it feels from the inside." Beth

It's time to STOP the shame and guilt you're carrying for not feeling more grateful for appearing to have what everyone else seems to want.

It's time to make space for both - you ARE grateful for those things, it's the pieces that are missing (most likely space to be who you are, rest, laugh, and enjoy what you enjoy) that have pulled you into the quicksand.

We can fix this - all of it - together.
